Aún recuerdo mi primera cámara de "fotos". Fué en mi primera comunión. Ya mi padre quería que tuviese una como hobbie. La usaba con mucha regularidad, más tarde vieneron las cámaras de "usar y tirar" en mis viajes. Lo recuerdo bien, tenía 15 años, mi hermano estudiaba imagen y sonido, tenía un laboratorio en casa para revelar negativos en blanco y negro con diferentes filtros, incluso emulsiones para materiales. Proyectabamos imagenes en piedras, era mágico. Fué cuando mi padre me dió el testigo de su YASHICA que aún hoy en día la sostengo en mis manos con mucho afecto y he de decir que ya no he vuelto a ver cuerpos tan resistentes como el de esa cámara. Empezaron las salidas con mi hermano que iba enseñándome lo que el iba aprendiendo. Lo recuerdo muy bien, me metía en el cuarto de baño sin gota de luz para sacar la película del carrete y hacer el negativo en casa. Las tiras colgando en la cocina esperando que escurrieran. En mi adolescencia la cámara ya formaba parte de mí, era raro no aparecer con ella y la gente le extrañaba cuando iba solo. Con el tiempo llegaron otras disiplinas como el dibujo artístico y técnico. Un breve paseo por la pintura y una estancia prolongada en la poesía. 1998 fué el año que comienza mi periplo por escuelas de diferente índole. Fotografía, Artes plásticas y diseño, Estudios de dibujo artístico y grabado, marketing y pubiclidad. A día de hoy el aprendizaje forma parte de mi propia experiencia y crecimiento profesional y personal cursando Historia del arte. He recorrido durante años, estudios de fotografía,arquitectura, interiorismo, gráfico e ilustración. El mundo de la enseñanza como profesor docente impartiendo diferentes disciplinas y las nuevas tecnologías. Todo un mundo de experiencias que han ido enriqueciéndome. El capricho y el azar terminaron por llevarme a una escuela de interpretación pero la persuasión y el razonamiento hizo que desistiese en tal menester y quedó en una anécdota que guardo con mucho cariño Ahora es tiempo de dar paso a "VooDooChilD" que aún siendo la canción de uno de los grandes del rock el nombre no procede de ahí. La antropología como fondo y gran pasión de lectura y aprendizaje adopto esta terminología anglosajona que sin más intención hace referencia a una persona más bien traviesa e inquieta. VooDooChild Estudio - "convergir de estilos".

VooDooChild es un estudio de fotografía de eventos. Fotografía artística, publicitaria e industrial. Ilustraciones con sabor propio y mucho derroche de imaginación personal. Después de 15 años como fotógrafo freelance y de experimentación artística dentro de las artes plásticas nace "VooDooChild" un nuevo concepto de interpretar las cosas. La fotografía y la ilustración son las disciplinas que con mucha dedicación han ido forjándose a lo largo de este tiempo. Sin embargo no quedan muy lejos las nuevas tecnologías que sirven de acompañamiento o más bien de complemento siendo una herramienta y no un fin. Todos los proyectos aquí expuestos son el fruto del nuevo rumbo cuando en Enero del 2010 nace "VooDooChilD Estudio", identificación propia en un convergir de estilos. "Todas las obras aquí expuestas han sido publicadas en diferentes medios mezclándose con trabajos realizados por encargo de clientes obteniendo permiso para construir esta web".
